Booking
When you book, I’ll confirm your appointment by email. Our agreement starts when you receive that confirmation.
Please give me an email address and phone number where I can reach you, and let me know if they change. Before your session, I’ll ask you to complete a short registration form.
Fees and payment
Your stop smoking session costs £300, including the personalised recording. The full fee is payable no later than the end of your session. How to pay is explained in your booking confirmation.
Cancelling or moving your appointment
If you need to cancel or move your appointment, please let me know at least 24 hours beforehand. If you cancel or move it with less notice, or miss it, the full fee is payable.
Your right to cancel
If you book by phone, email or online, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your booking confirmation, without giving a reason. To cancel, tell me by email, phone or post, or use the model cancellation form. If you cancel within this period, I’ll refund any payment you’ve made within 14 days.
If your session falls within those 14 days, booking it means you are asking for it to take place within the cancellation period. You can still cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your session. Once your session has taken place, the right to cancel no longer applies.
Your session
Sessions take place by Zoom. Please join from a quiet, private place where you won’t be interrupted, with a reliable internet connection. If the connection drops, I’ll call or message you to reconnect.
Results
Hypnotherapy works best when you are motivated and open to it. I will bring all my skill and experience to your session, but I can’t guarantee results, which vary from person to person.
Hypnotherapy is not a substitute for medical advice. If you have a medical or mental health condition, please tell me before your session, and keep taking any medication your doctor has prescribed.
The personalised recording
The personalised recording is for your own personal use. Please don’t share or publish it.
Confidentiality and your information
Everything you tell me is confidential, within the limits set out in the privacy policy, which also explains how your information is used and kept.
Complaints
If you’re unhappy with any part of my service, please tell me and I’ll do my best to put it right. I’m registered with the General Hypnotherapy Register, which has its own complaints procedure.
Law
