However, you remain in complete control at all times. It is a myth that someone can take over another person’s mind. You cannot be made to do or say anything against your will; therefore you must be completely committed to stopping smoking in order for treatment to be successful. Once you have made that decision, the treatment can help re-align the subconscious and conscious parts of your mind so that you are thinking, feeling, acting and behaving like a non-smoker once again.

Your session is a simple two-step process:
Step 1: I will discuss with you your individual smoking thoughts, behaviours and associations.
Step 2: I will combine this information with gentle yet powerful hypnotherapy techniques, creating a uniquely enjoyable experience from which I hope you will leave a healthy, calm, inspired non-smoker.
After your session you will be given an mp3 hypnosis recording which reinforces the hypnotic parts of the treatment to keep you feeling relaxed and at ease. This is not an essential part of the programme but can be used for added support, particularly in the few days following the treatment session.
